Of course, now I find it funny only because I no longer have to deal with the shadowy, cretinous company. Though that last one makes sense -- I have first-hand knowledge (i.e. a GM, a _senior_ one, said it right to me) that "any actions within a war declaration are not in violation of the TOS". They meant it within the context of griefing, etc., but I can easily see how a company that would make that their policy in the first place would allow extensions to it in the aforementioned direction.
